I think the Brits call them wires, but they screw up all kind of words. They call tubes "valves" and they call dudes "old chaps" and a bunch of crazy things like that. Sometimes it's hard to believe that they are the ones who started this language!

That’s nothing - it’s much worse in France. They call cheese “fromage”, and a hat is a “chapeau”. It’s like they have a different word for everything.

I've started to use a pick modeler. Lets me get the feel and tones of all the classic picks, in one. So much easier to take to a gig, and honestly, the audience can't tell the difference.
