Probably could.Albert King could make a toilet seat guitar sound spectacular!
But it would have to be a walnut toilet seat.

Pretty sure he could play the crap out of it...Albert has left the room!
Well that sure stopped play....I had a walnut bodied Taylor W-14 acoustic for a short time. I liked it in the store, but grew to dislike it as I used it.
That experience would probably put me off buying a walnut electric. There are probably reasons it's not a traditional tone wood.
Did you just loose a few pounds of pressure in your GAS?Well that sure stopped play....
Totally deflated....Did you just loose a few pounds of pressure in your GAS?
Pretty sure Gibson is/has been using Walnut for the back & sides of some acoustics lately...Now you mention it, yes that might be last time I saw walnut on a guitar.
But hard pressed to remember seeing it used on a 6 string.
Very interesting!Pretty sure Gibson is/has been using Walnut for the back & sides of some acoustics lately...
