    I have 2 questions on PS ordering.

    1. Are customers free to browse the Vault or are you only allowed to give verbal instructions to Paul Miles / Dealer and only they can handle wood and bring them to you to look at?

    2. Does the Private Stock team give the customer a lot of time to decide on the wood? eg, the customer is not under any time pressure to make a decision?

    1 - customers can go to the vault with their dealer and select wood
    2 - they don’t run a stopwatch. Keep in mind if you are in the vault, undo indecisiveness is burning other people’s time. If you are home being sent photos and take weeks to choose, that wood might be gone.

    Also, you are posting publicly, not sending private messages.

    Hey there man I am actually building a house and I came across your picture with the guitars behind the glass with it into the wall and I was interested to see if that keeps the dust out and do you enjoy having that?
    Also is that plexiglass or regular glass
