I reached out to the seller because I assumed the price was in error. He was very friendly and answered a few of my questions. I think he's just trying to get offers on the guitar without having to come up with a firm price. Not how I'd do it.

He mentions "I reached out to PRS for any details. Due to its age, they were able to confirm this configuration was available in 1990, and only as a Special-Order." But if you look at his feedback, you can see he bought the pickups on Reverb on 2022 (not at an estate sale from a guy who knew Paul personally) and he bought the guitar on Reverb in 2020. He is some combination of insane/full of crap. It's not worth a penny over $65,000.
