MAN!!!! THAT purple is AWSOME. I was hoping my P22 was that rich in color....alas, the dangers of buying online, eh?
Man, I haven't listened to those guys in years, maybe decades!
You got any more pics of this one? And is it for sale???
Yes, and maybe.
I found them on one of the Facebook groups. The guy says he is a dealer AND a player, so i don't know if this one is for sale.
Looks blue to me.
I know, right? It's all in the lighting.
Blue sounds good to me .
I fixed your fix, Boogie.
But seriously, there's at least three of us who lost all interest in that guitar with the second pic.
This beauty just popped up on Reverb today...trying to use this thing I heard about called willpower to resist.
My empty bank account had a deep sigh of relief when that guitar turned more blue than purple!!
There's a faint hint of northern lights in this top
I have enough purple guitars...I have enough purple guitars...I have enough purple guitars...I have enough purple guitars...
Yeah, there's still some purple there if you look closely...but I don't see any light green, so I'd have to say Aquamarine more'n Northern Lights, but I still agree with you, the finish is superb, almost private stock grade. The subtlety, the depth and 3-dimensionality...it's a stonkin' top.
No such thing!
No, there is. When you have so many that you can't even rotate through them fast enough, and I'm depriving other people of Their Purpleness, then one is approaching hoard-dom.
You're not depriving them, you're teaching them a lesson. Namely, if they wanted the guitar, they should have found it and bought it before you did.
At least that's what I tell myself when I wonder why Mr. Heather Graham gets her and I don't.
Well, having "been with" one of my idols (and her having been satisfied), I no longer need to delude myself thusly.
In my dram-fueled dreams...
