Tough call but I would return the ZM if it was purely based on colour (I really dislike the mouldy/dirty looking Trampas Green) but if I had to pick on sound, I think the ZM has the edge but the Semi-hollow Custom 22 is no slouch in the sound department too... ARGHHHH decisions decisions...

Fortunately, its not my call to make... LOL

I'm normally not that picky but this would drive me nuts.

The top is really cool so I might be inclined to take the ring screws out just to see if correcting the angle would hide the screw holes.

If yes then I'd fill the holes and drill new.

That top is too cool to just send back.

Zzounds has several CU22 semi hollow SEs in a faded whale blue 2018s. I know of three personally, including mine, and they are all top notch and consistently great attention to detail.

Nah man, get the semi. The one I have with a hard tail is ridiculous sounding for the price.

Plus, it’s not that hollow.
