JustRob's finish with red sparkle in the clear coat. So epic!!
Dude, I was a minute late. Get mine in there!
Tequila Sunrise Dragon's Breath!
Great choice -that was my second pick
I would want any one of those, can't choose. You can't do a diagonal cross fade, that's what I'm doing on my eventual build.
Sure you can. That's what makes it a cross fade.
I vote copperhead smokedburst.
No, I meant he may not.
Subzero Glow wins!
594 Semi-Hollow, One piece Quilt top, Black Limba Body (natural), Subzero Glow top finish
WHAT SHOULD THE NECK AND FRETBOARD WOOD BE?
-This question includes votes for heel caps
-This guitar will have the standard 594 neck carve
-Curly Maple fretboard and headstock binding is stock on a Private Stock 594
-This question does NOT include votes for headstock veneer or fretboard inlays - Those come next.
Goncalo Alves for warmer or Canary/Arariba for brighter tone
Neck = Flamed Mahogany (Satin Finish please)
Fret Board = African Blackwood
Heel Cap = I'm good with leaving it the neck wood material...
Rock Maple neck and fretboard and no or decorative maple heel cap
I think the neck should match the body. So Black Limba. Since we are going with a subzero color, I say maple board and stain it subzero. put a heel cap on it stained in subzero and inlay in a black limba bird.
Yes, i believe the fret inlay should be black limba and the headstock should be black limba with a maple inlay in subzero.
Flamed maple neck and fretboard.
Please don't stain it. That is when guitars start to become clown shows.
