I'm picturing you saying this in your Dr Evil voice...
I already threw this out, but I'm curious, has anyone ever done palo escrito?
korina with maple cap on the neck heel
Black limbs sounds cool to me.
I second this.
African ribbon mahogany back. Matching back plates.
Put me in as another Korina vote (matching back plates)...
maple cap on back with matching control covers. put a nice warm sounding wood in the middle like walnut or mahogany.

What should the finish color be?
(Friendly reminder...Dragons Breath is not a finish color, its a finish style!)
If you have a new color idea, post some photos!
Scorpion Smoked Burst

Tequila Sunrise in Dragon's Breath...
Or Tequila Sunrise Glow

A bazillion here, a bazillion there... Pretty soon you're talking about real money!
That would be a great slogan for Private Stock...as long as Everett Dirksen didn't copyright it...
I'm not a quilt guy, but I think that that faded cherry on quilt is subtle and super classy.
