I love my 2008 Core Mira Maple Top too.

I just picked up a 2008 Mira Maple Top with Moon inlays. The finish is pretty rough, but it is a solid guitar. I don’t know the color, but it looks like something between cherry burst and McCarty burst.

Core Mira’s are fantastic. I’ve had 4: Korina Mira, Core, Mira X & 25th Anniversary Soapbar 245 (only one I currently have).

I’d love to have one of each again. They all bring their own special mojo.

Update to my comment from 2 years ago. My 2008 Core Mira remains a constant in my gigging tools. over the past few years there are a few guitars that gig some or most of the time, including my '92 CU24 ... but the Mira has been at EVERY gig. Its my only non trem guitar so it gets pulled out for the drop D songs, one downtune to B song and its just a general backup that I pull out for a set when the mood strikes me!

As a working musician, the Mira is truly a workhorse guitar that goes above and beyond!

I am looking at a 08’ All Black Core Mira with Shadow Birds and exposed pick ups in Excellent condition for around $2100 - shipping from EU. Couldn’t find anything like it locally, but the serial checks out and it’s insured.
