Lately I have been noticing ( turn 58 in November) that my lower back sometimes is in excruciating pain when arising out of bed. I have to sit on the edge of the bed and do a few stretches but once my body is in motion I am usually good.
Do you have any back issues and how do you cope with some relief as in pain killers or not? I don’t take any of them but got desperate and ate a Tylenol 3. That put me in a nice sleep but the pain was still there. I think the key is to stabilize your core muscles including you glutes hamstrings an your abs. I don’t want to go through this ever again. Minor pain is tolerable but intense pain is not. Reminds me the beginning of a migraine.
