Sadly, we've lost another great musician today....Pete Way one of the founding members of UFO and bass player for Ozzy passed away today. Rest easy Mr. Way.

RIP. I saw UFO as a teenager in the 70s on a shared bill with Triumph. Those were the days, man. Awesome music everywhere, concerts every week. UFO put on a memorable show.

The first two arena concerts I attended were both opened up by Pete’s other band, Fastway.
I worked my way backwards and discovered UFO...

I saw UFO perform at a stadium concert in 1980(?) in Orlando Florida along with Firefall, Blue Oyster Cult, Cheap Trick and Heart.
