Some people seem to be trying to draw a correlation to the guitar living in a high humidity or tropical type environment. To me, it is a manufacturing defect. The moisture didn't get there after the finish dried. It was sealed in and that is why it clouds instead of venting out. I can see that living in a place where it is hotter could encourage the moisture to gas but I would think you would see a lot more of this since even the states where it snows in the winter have a summer that can get as hot as the warmer states.
