Just pulled it out the box and plugged it into my Mercury V. Result: UTTER GLORY.

I have entirely hated SC classic style guitars because I could never play one comfortably. NO LONGER. THIS GUITAR IS A TONE BEAST. WOW!!!!

Thanks, it looks good. There's less flame contrast in the gold center than the online pictures, but go figure. Not the first time that's happened. But the way this guitar feels and plays is just dynamite. It will be even better after a full setup.

I have to say, I am incredibly pleased with this guitar. There is a clear, additional sustain and fundamental coming out of this SC than my DC 594s, which I love. You hear every once in a while about a guitar that just HAS IT. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE GUITARS.
