Is the Custom 24 still the core of the core?

Custom 24 is the biggest association.

I honestly much prefer a regular McCarty over the cu24. I think it was revolutionary for PRS. DGT, Paul’s guitars, and 594s are evolutions of it.

Really your model of PRS is VERY much up to personal preference. I have two CU24s and they definitely do certain things for me that other guitars don't. I love my Santana and my Singlecuts too!
