No idea on the signature, other than maybe a previous owner had someone they admire autograph it.

As already mentioned, gold hardware was an option.

Royal Blue on a McCarty is definitely interesting, though. They didn't usually do the wraparound finishes on that model. PRS used to offer a ton of different colors, but some were limited to certain models. It may have been a special order or a factory one-off.

So much of a bargain that I ordered one yesterday. Will be interested to compare that sound to my old LP Dlx with mini-hums.
