The best brushstroke style inlay IMO is the museum birds from the Collection Series. Those are so so elegant.

I like the smaller ones like this much better than the oversized brushstrokes.

Yesss, these I like much more than the original ones, certainly meant to give an impression of the old birds and IIRC they were commissioned to a Japanese artist.

I dig the birds if they weren't made of whatever counter top material they make them out of. I would prefer a shell material.

All is not lost. Evidently shell material is standard with the Artist package.

I have ooh-aaah Mammoth Ivory inlays on my McCarty Singlecut, and it looks just like Corian, except that a couple of pieces look like “corian with coffee stains here and there.”

I actually like that they aren’t sparkly-fawncy. It’s a refreshing change from the usual PRS fare.
