On Electrics, Regular D'Addario XL 10s. Not matter what else I try, the D'Addarios always sound best to me. Acoustics get D'Addario 80/20 12s. I'm one of the rare folks that prefers 80/20 to Phosphor Bronze.

I do like the XL’s too, but not on my McCarty. The multi colored ball ends facing back bug me for some reason.

For my electrics: Longer scale necks have Ernie Ball Paradigms in 9. Shorter scale necks are Paradigms in 10.

Right now my CE-24 has PRS Signatures in 10s, but when I change to new strings I'll go back to the paradigms

Use NYXL 10s on most of my guitars. Yet to see how those will be on the CE-24 but will try it out soon.

Odd man out here. Been using GHS Boomers 10-46 for at least 30 years. Sometimes go 9-46 for 25.5" scale. Acoustics get coated D'Addario lights in either phosphor bronze or 80/20 bronze depending on my mood.

I like the pure nickel SonoTones. They feel good, last a long time, sound brighter than most pure nickel strings. I've been using them for a couple of years.

Pure nickel D'Addarios are a runner-up, but are a bit on the warm side for my taste. On electrics, I play .010s. On acoustic, I like D'Addario's Bluegrass sets, light tops, medium bottoms.
