I've had a setup go badly on my 2012 PRS Experience Custom 24. My buddy was putting it back on his rack when he bumped it. It's now got this unsightly ding.
It's also got a slight surface scratch on the back and a ding on the neck. These were present prior to the setup incident.
I've initiated a work order to have it refinished. I'd like to get some feedback on how much I can expect to pay and what the usual turnaround time for this type of job. Is there a time of the year that's busier than others or is it just random?
