Yup, Sweetwater had about 12 Myles Kennedy models in stock. I was trying to make up my mind on which color to get, and by the time I decided, all they had left were 4 of the Tri-Color Sunburst. Guess my mind was made up for me! I picked the heaviest one, 8 lbs 9 ozs. It definitely feels all of that! The thing that surprised me was how thick it is. It is 1/8 of an inch slimmer that my SC594 Joe Walsh Ltd. I haven't had a Tele, nor played one, in more than 25 years, so I can't compare it to a Tele. Neck is chunky, but I'm ok with it. Love that PRS maple neck feel! I grabbed the MK because, IMO, it's more of a rock machine, but can still go to that other place. More my speed, I suppose. It sure sounds, and feels great. I think they did a terrific job with this model. I dig the hollow birds on a maple neck. As far as I can tell, it is a one piece body. Pics to prove it. And, again, it goes to show that angles matter (looks washed out and plain in the first pic, but that's certainly not the case). Anyone on the fence, just grab one.

Congrats! That' s probably the color I would have picked.

Don't know if I'll ever get around to owning one but I'd like to.

I have two Teles so obviously I like them.

Did you pick this one in person and then take it home with you?

If you did, how did it sound compared to the other three?

Nice! Congrats on getting in on the action! No doubt these are gonna be great for PRS....lots of people have been asking for these for a while now.

While I find the Custom the most inspirational to me, and PRS's original designs most appealing, I really enjoy seeing them tap into these other markets and deliver a strong, solid product!

I was waffling back and forth between this one and one of the natural ones. I ordered it on release day from Sweetwater.

Great score!
Looks really awesome. Congrats on a first! :)

Looks amazing!!

Good choice and congrats! I agree, the MK would be my choice as well as I'm not much of a twanger and some of the features you get with the sig model over the NF53.

Sick!

You know what, come to think of it, this one (in the tri-color sunburst) totally gives me the same vibe as the (also surprisingly popular artist-signature model) Richie Kotzen telecaster--traditionally designed for, well.. not rock; but totally set up to do just that.

That looks better than the stock photos!! Congrats on grabbing one so quickly. Looking forward to a sweet review.

Solid move.
Enjoy.

Looks dang awesome buddy! Enjoy! Looking forward to hearing what you think after you play it a bit!

Nice!
Is that just a flat black finish on the face of the headstock or some type of overlay like an OG CE22?

Congratulations Jim, looking good my friend.

Nice. If you take the pick guard off, post a picture. I would like to see what is underneath.

Congrats, Bodia.

I think you picked the right color and I love the grain on the top.
Thanks everyone!
