PRS Myles Kennedy Signature - pickup guard

I just got my Myles Kennedy Signature from Sweetwater a little over a week ago. Yesterday I noticed the bottom of the pick guard is coming up from the body. Yes the screws still hold it in place but with the give in the pick guard, the pickups also slightly move. Is this something to be worried about it fixing or let it ride?

Doesn't Sound Right To Me. It Would Bother Me But I Am Very Particular About My Gear. As Said Above, I Would Hit Up SW And See What Can Be Done.
