Nextone Responsive Like a Tube Amp?

Hi all-
I'm looking for some opinions from experience players with tube amps. Have you tried the nextone after much experience with tube amps? Forgetting tone for a moment, how responsive have you found the amp to be with your guitar controls on the nextone as compared to your tubes?

Here's Mitch Gallagher from Sweetwater doing a comprehensive Nextone 85W(?) [G12-100W speaker] demo. Sounds pretty good using LP humbuckers. Not sure how this would sound with single-coils...

Cannot tell you if the Nextone still has the 'pushed air' feel that a tube amp has.

Here's a comparison video using PRS and additional guitars...jump to 5:00 for guitar...the guys use a Suhr Classic Pro Strat for single-coils...not what I'd expect, a tad thin, but can be adjusted with mid-boost/EQ...also single-coils do better with the 6L6 for a fuller tone setting...one also needs to consider the "lively" room with the wood walls during the playback...
