Best sounding amp I've ever played is the Friedman Smallbox combo wildwood version, and at 3600 bucks it ought to be! Thats as long as you're after the Marshall sound. You can turn the controls anywhere you want, and it sounds fantastic, 50 watts, effects loop , clean, gain and boost channels. with a thump and presence control as well. Even at bedroom volumes it sounds fantastic. I've been playing for 50 years and I never played anything that sounded this good.
