Mira split coil

Can anyone tell me if the new S2 Mira uses resistors on the split coils? To my ears, this may be the best sounding split coil guitar I have tried. I bought this guitar with the intentions of replacing the pickups with some 57/08’s but after playing it for a few days I am having second thoughts. I would also be curious about the S2 Vela because the spilt coil doesn’t seem to have the fullness but it may just be the brighter sounding Starla pickup.

The S2 splits, and pickups in general, are very good. I like the split tones from my standard 22 more than my Strat.

I did recently take the #7 bridge out of that guitar, but only because it wasn't my thing in that guitar. Good pickup, and sounds great in the S2 semi. I don't think a pickup swap is a necessity in the S2's... fun perhaps, but by no means are the stock tones lacking!
