Wow I love the photo of it on the wall (at the PS shop?)!This one has become my number one for me - good thing since I chose all the specs! Versatile with the piezo and coil splits, 59/09s and full Braz neck. Weighs under 8lbs despite full P245 thickness body.
Hunter’s photo from PSF thread - much better photographer with much better gear than me!Wow I love the photo of it on the wall (at the PS shop?)!

You own a guitar that once belonged to PRSh?!?!
However did you come by THAT?!
WA PAUL
I think that might be my favorite guitar that I've seen on this forum. At least in terms of the top and finish. I really really love quilted maple. It's absolutely breath taking to behold. And when they're blue, they look like the Caribbean sea or whatever. You know what I'm trying to say.
Thanks!CORRECTION
I love all of the woods, inlays, and binding on that guitar!
I need that 4th knob though lol
YouTube link to a sound sample? I don't have sound cloud or any of those other apps.
Hi Tremontinator! Several guitars have been made for Paul over the years for various purposes and occasionally he lets them go. I was lucky to come by two such guitars. Well it’s not like he has one made every week, but it’s not that ultra-rare either honestly.TONART

Now if he would just prototype an SC594 trem with a Pernie neck and Celtic knot inlays that weighs 8lbs or less in a Bahama Blue quilt top....Hi Tremontinator! But what makes these two special (for me) is that the lighter brown one has a Pernambuco neck (my holy grail wood) and has a proper inscription “for Paul Reed Smith” plus a proper prototype certificate. As for the darker brown guitar, what I really appreciate besides the fact that it’s a magic guitar, is that the PS certificate itself states it’s history as Paul’s former personal guitar and prototype to the entire current batch of TCI Core and SE Paul’s Guitars. I’ve never seen a PS certificate state anything like that before.
I was lucky enough to come by these two when they landed onto dealers’ possession and were put on sale, and I felt I had to make my move!
trem
The inscription will say built for PRS & PWA ..Now if he would just prototype an SC594 trem with a Pernie neck and Celtic knot inlays that weighs 8lbs or less in a Bahama Blue quilt top....
Thanks for the appreciation! And I'm beyond jealous of you owning Paul's personal instruments
