Figured out my issue. Finally had time to get my multimeter out and take some readings and I was only getting about 4.5 off the bridge (8.12 off the neck, this is installed readings going through the pots so not perfect but enough to diagnose). So, figured either the picku was bad or I had a short that was splitting the coils. Got my glasses out and some better lighting and took a look at the wiring again and there it was.....this wisp thin bit of solder going from the red terminal to the black terminal on the treble pickup. Cut that and took another reading and got right around 9k. Reset my pickup heights to roughly even and now I’m in business!
