513 Thickness

Sorry if this been discussed before

I was under he impression that the 513 has the same thickness as the McCarty model
but after seeing the pictures of the awesome burl top 7 stringer posted 2 days ago I've noticed
that this PS is thicker, am I wrong here? I know for sure that the 513 is thicker than the customs
but is it half way between the customs and the McCarty?

I'm just curious to know

Hi bro!

I didn´t measure the thickness of any PRS 513 but according to the things I´ve read about our beloved model a few stated the 513 has been made out of a custom, others said it´s McCarty´s heritage.
Best solution: Ask PRS customer service for instance.
