With all the new models, something is bound to get cancelled. What do you think?
Looking at what's available, I'm guessing SE CU22 semi-hollow.

It won't affect me but I know this would be disappointing for lots of people.I have it on good authority that PRS are discontinuing artist package for most of their core line up.
No flaming, I agree with you. I still don't like the LP control layout on a PRS.I fear the standard (non-594) McCarty leaving the lineup. This would make me sad, as I prefer it greatly over the 594 (don't flame me, bro!).

Yeah, I get it. Especially if you grew up on LP's. It would feel more natural. But I grew up on the PRS diamond, so to me THAT is the natural layout. I do like the switch on the upper horn and if I had the DC I think I'd get used to the look. It's the diamond that I don't care for.
No more S2 singlecuts at all, no models.

Or...SE SC’s are too good.

It seems like they would be given all the new recent models! I wonder if the 408 will go since Paul's guitar makes it a bit redundant.

According to a FB post from Brian's Guitars, the McCarty remains, slight redesign to use TCI 58/15LT pups, with nitro finish.I've always loved the simplicity of the McCarty. There are a few more sounds available with the 594 but I like 2 less knobs. I also feel that the McCarty should have vintage tuners like it did for years after it's release. The Phase 3 tuners seem odd on that model.

The S2 SC594 model is about to be announced. Now wouldn't that be interesting!
