2001 PRS CE 24 - fair price?

thanks, I think I'll leave the used one alone, it's too risky

About the new CE's: You're also looking at NOT matching head stocks, man what are they thinking?

They are thinking of saving money to keep the costs down. And, matches the original CE aesthetic.

Don't be afraid of an used CE. Just make sure it's right for you.

The SE's have matching headstocks and they're a lot cheaper. I think they should drop the aesthetic thing, I think everybody agrees that matching heads look better

Regarding the used PRS. I can't be sure, that's the problem and I can't return it, so it's much too risky. I'll pick up a new CE at some point I think

I like the CEs with maple headstocks - they did that for various periods during older runs of them as well. CEs, old or new, are my favorite model that I've owned to date.
