To be honest I don't know why you have this problem. I bought my guitar 4 years ago and there are hardly any scratches on it. Maybe you should keep it in the studio and not transport it very often. And actually, when I watched videos about guitars on https://faqaudio.com/, I learnt that pickguards are actually a very important thing and it's better to buy them for your guitar if you use it a lot
