I have never been more impressed by a company that I have been with PRS!!! Yesterday I was playing my new Achron combo and had some noise and a vibration. Turns out power tube rattle. No big deal these things happens and tubes are finecky animals. Call customer service and explain its my only big amp right now. Who happens to get on the phone with me... Doug Sewell himself! I was a little star struck, but he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Sending me new tubes fedex today. Customer for life!
 
I've asked a number of times about information on certain guitars (with or without MODCAT) and every time PRS has been very helpful.

I just had the PTC work on a CE that was difficult to play. The fretwear was enough to cause the upper frets to buzz. I gave them the option of a crown and dress or a refret, whichever they thought it needed. They came back with it only needing a crown and fret dress, when they could have done either. They care about what they do and it shows.

Love PRS customer service.
