Hello my name is Ernest. I have a 2009 PRS SC245 Gold Top and couple days ago it accidentally got some really ugly scratches on top near the pickups and tail piece, the guitar actually had some normal wear but these new scratches make it look ugly, so I decided I want to completely refinish the top. I live in Russia and I wouldn't want anyone here to refinish a PRS guitar I own. Is it possible for me to send my guitar to PTC? And how much would be refinishing the top? which solid finish colors are available? does value depend on color? How long will it take? Thanks
