Hi everyone,
I have just ordered a PRS SE 245 - expecting delivery next week. I bought it with the intention of replacing an SE Singlecut (2011 with birds) and an Epiphone Les Paul.
I guess I'm after your opinions on whether I'd regret selling the SE Singlecut or if I should find a way to keep it. (I like the pickups in the Epi but I like my ribs more, so I'm happy to burn that bridge once and for all.)
I know both SE's have different scale lengths, body thicknesses, pickups, volume/tones etc. But do the differences warrant keeping 2 very similar PRS SE guitars in my collection?
The reason why I ask is: after selling and buying several guitars, I've managed to trim my collection down from 8... to 8 (not a typo, also not sure how that happened :-/ )
Thanks for any advice anyone can give, especially if you've also had this dilemma.
Edit: I've haven't played a 245 as of yet so I'm buying blind from the interweb.
