S2 neck heels not so much from hell?

Is it my imagination, but are the neck heels on the Custom 22 S2's smaller than the core brethren? Haven't actually seen one...only pictures

Hammeron...although I do not find any iteration of the PRS neck heel from across the years obtrusive, the neck heel on the S2 Pattern Regular carve seems in-line with the same Core carve (which would make sense). Did some quick measurements, taken from where the neck meets the pocket to the furthest away point of the heel curve:

2000 CU22 (Wide Fat): 2 1/8"
2013 Paul's Guitar (Pattern): 2"
2013 CU24 (Pattern Regular): 1 1/2"
2014 S2 CU22 (Pattern Regular): 1 1/2"
1991 CU24 (Standard): 1 1/16"
1991 CE24 (Wide-Thin Bolt-On): 7/8"

A PRS neck hill, regardless of its shape, doesn't bother me at all. I grew up playing Strats.
