Putting a DiMarzio Titan in my SE Custom 24 help...

So I've got a DiMarzio I want to put in my SE CU24, and I've wired guitars in the past, but this color coding is giving me migraines. I haven't been able to even find a diagram that matches my color scheme/layout. I've got what looks like a 4 conductor pickup (red, white, green, black, and bare) to a 3 way blade switch, one volume, one tone with a push/pull coil tap.

Do the color codes line up with DiMarzio, or am I substituting here?
