Pickups to get rid of mid honk

Hi, it makes 3 years that I have a prs se custom 22 MIK, I love this guitar and recently upgraded the electronics with US PRS pots and US fender switch, the guitar sounds better but there is still a weird mid frequency that I can’t dial out, I read a lot of people dealing with mid honk in their CE so I might have a similar problem with my SE. It has 85/15s in it right now, I’m looking for pickups with less mids (I assume) and smoother highs, I mostly play blues and rock (Santana, Hendrix, Mayer, Foo Fighters…). My budget is ~$200-250 for a set (preferably new), any ideas ?
By the way I’m playing thru a synergy syn-1 equipped with an ecstasy module
