I just recorded my first piece of music with mine. I showcase the split neck and the bridge humbucker. It sounds SO good. That's a great guitar. CONGRATS!!!!!!

Back in March I picked up this used but mint condition McCarty 594 in a beautiful whale blue 10 top finish. I was doing my usual browse of the used guitars at our local Long and Mcquade store in Calgary and saw this treasure. I picked it up and tried it, and that was that, I knew I had to have it! I made myself wait until the next day before pulling the trigger. Not my first PRS but my first Core model- wow. Can't stop playing it and really enjoying the feel and amazing sounds from it.

Congratulations! I've never been a fan of blue guitars but that faded whale blue over a curly maple top really really looks great!

I'm a couple weeks into my new 594 myself and still just awed by what a great guitar the McCarty 594 is. Enjoy!
