NGD: 2006 PRS Singlecut Satin Soapbar

Awesome guitars. I had an ‘06 humbucker version that I definitely shouldn’t have sold. That finish first came out in ‘05 on the satin 20th anniversary standards. Pretty sure they didn’t run past ‘07, but don’t know that for certain.

Thanks a lot! Who knows, maybe it's your guitar that ended up here :)
By the way, I won't give too many details because I still need to "study" the rules here, and I'm not sure links to marketplaces are OK, but an identical one just appeared on a well known website, and the price is very very low... maybe it's fate and you should buy another one! :)
Well - it took some time - but one came up for sale locally and I made the seller a deal that we could both live with.
Needless to say I'm beyond excited!

How does it sound. I've been thinking about getting one of the Humbucker versions does the sound much different to 2002 era singlecut with the maple top and covered humbuckers and 2 volume 2 tone setup.
The Standard is darker and more round sounding while my Singlecuts with maple tops are tighter and more focused. My Singlecuts have #7 pickups and my Standard Singlecut has #6 pickups. I find the #7’s hotter than the #6’s. The #6’s are basically uncovered Dragon II’s.

Thank you that's a big help. The guitar is some distance away so I can't get to try it. In early 2000s I tried a Singlecut alongside a Mcarty and a Custom I think 22 hard tail.
I bought the Mcarty but liked the singlecut alot.
I think I'll pull the trigger on It.

Thank you.

The OG Singlecuts are my favorites. They're the ones I have the most of.

Hi I pulled the trigger today on a singlecut Natural with Humbuckers. Should get it Wednesday.
How do you upload pictures here
Congrats on the new SC! To post pix, you need to have them hosted somewhere else, and then link to them from your post. Here are some tutorials and a list of all other tutorials that I am aware of on this topic: https://forums.prsguitars.com/threads/sharing-pictures-on-prs-forum.47818/ If you still have any questions after reviewing this material, let me know and I will assist best I can ;~))

Thank you I'll give it a try. I was going to post some pics from the website. They are probably better than what I'll take.

So what I did here was, from the Imgur link you had in the first post, I right mouse clicked and chose the "Copy Image Link" option (this is on Windows, not sure on an Apple product). Then in the post, I clicked the little "Insert Image" icon in the menu options on the post composition window (it is between the chain link and smiley face, looks like a mountain in a rectangle). I then pasted into that dialogue box, the link from Imgur. Let me know if that makes sense to you. Here is the actual link to the photo:
