I saw this in the new Guitar Player magazine on the rear cover, or just inside the rear cover.
It is a pedal for your guitar that has drum beats built in.

I would not really have a use for it as I have a nice Drum Beats app on my HTC One Android phone, but for amps that do not have an aux. jack in, this would be ideal.
