How would you change out pots on a SE HollowBody 2 w/piezo?

How would you change out pots on a SE HollowBody 2 w/piezo? There's no control cavity in the back. Do you somehow fish through the F holes?
Seems challenging. I imagine some would develop a tool, such as a modded coat hanger. The thing about imports is the build may be good but certain parts, like tuners, pots, may need to be replaced. Thanks!!

This, and I seem to recall a couple of people saying to tie string to the pot spline before you take them out. Once you have them out, untie from the old pots and re-tie on the new ones. The string making it easier to get the pots back in because you can pull them through the holes using the string.

You could try the surgical tubing method that someone suggested a while back. Thread the tubing on the spline of the pot same as @bodia suggested with string.

Just be methodical and watch plenty of YouTube videos of rewiring a hollow body guitar.

Or you could take it to a luthier and save the hassle.
