How long should I expect to wait for a quote?

I submitted a web form request for quote for some work on my Hollowbody II by PTC on Friday. What is the expected response time to the quote request? Nothing yet....

i would contact them again. I have not waited longer than 2 business days. Did you check you spam folder?

If you submitted on Friday it would not have gotten looked at until Monday soonest so I would look for a reply by Thursday or Friday depending on how difficult the job was

So, not really complex. I have a Hollowbody II and want to add a volume knob/pot that controls the neck pickup only. Leaving the "master" volume to control the bridge and piezo volume. That's it. Checked spam filter, nothing there. Will ping them again tomorrow - is there an email address I can send the request, rather than using the website form?
