I just put her album on last night and forgot how good it was. Been awhile since I listened. I know she's doing the Prince gig right now, but I really hope she does another album with Donna Grantis Electric Band again sometime soon. Really dig that album a lot. Love the tones, the rawness and the groove between her and the band is great. Like how one track melds into the next. That often gets lost in today's digital age...the art of album song to song arrangement(hence the album title Suites, I suppose). Anyway, I don't think she gets enough attention. She's actually got some of my favorite recorded PRS tones. So ballsy and raw. And the songs move me, I sometimes have a problem with instrumental music, not feeling the music.
