Does anyone have a pattern regular 408?

There is currently a Private Stock MEV listed on Reverb as having a pattern regular neck that in fact has a pattern neck. I know this for 100% because it was originally sold from Brian's Guitar and I looked up the original listing. I sent the shop a message telling them it was labeled incorrectly and got some stupid reply. Sigh.

Rosewood neck in pattern, but not patter. Reg. Nice guy, nice guitar. Might be a language barrier but I talked to him and he understands English fine.
