I don't play a DGT but I do play a CU22 with a fixed bridge, and a CE22 with a vibrato like your DGT's.
I'd try 10's for a while and then maybe try 9's too.
11's are just too heavy for me to bend comfortably. 11's were too heavy for BB King too. He used 10's.
I think most players who bend strings use 10's or lighter.

I use 12's on my acoustic guitars but that's a whole other thing.

11-49s NYXLs.
As a lifelong Strat player, I still feel like the 25” is a bit floppy. I play the 11-49s on my Fenders as well, so the DGT is still a little less tension.
If I had the money, I’d do a Fender scale length on a DGT.

I’ve stayed with 11s. I find them comfortable on the DGT.
I mostly use 10s, but do have 11s on a Santana and a HB as well.
