I'm a dinosaur that way too.
I have to actually play the guitar first.
This is a good thing in a way because it prevents me from
just clicking on guitars and having them arrive at my door.
That would rapidly get extremely expensive.
It would also eliminate the thrill of the hunt.

Yep. A good price and “Buy Now” has gotten me in trouble a few times. Those guitars never seem stick around too long though. I actually sold one of them to help cover the cost of this one, and I really doubt I’d I’ll ever do the online guitar buying thing again. It ultimately just costs me money when I flip them. And fortunately I can always make a quick road trip to Nashville or Atlanta for a wider selection whenever I’m ready for the next one. See, there I go already talking about “the next one”...
