Am I the only one that, when playing an electric guitar unplugged, instinctually switches the pickup selector when playing a passage that needs a different pickup?

Like... I'll switch from bridge to neck and think to myself..."yeah... That's the stuff...". Maybe just shows how much we "hear" with our brains.

I don't have any boost pedals on my imaginary pedalboards.
But you can add a holy grail Klon pedal to the imaginary board, for like, cheap. So why not? Think of the fun you could have switching it on and off, while your guitar is unplugged, and then posting at TGP about the "haunting mids" it imparts on your unplugged electric guitars tone.

I played my Thinline acoustic last week cuz wife was napping. Generally an uninspiring experience with out electricity But, there was one upside. It forced me to be more accurate with my finger placement.
