This has always been a tough day since he passed.
Just knowing he’s still inspiring kids today is absolutely incredible.

One of the greats. He passed 11 days before I was to see him in Hartford, I remember hearing of the accident on the radio and being very upset. Can’t imagine what he had in the tank that we’ll never get to hear.

Missed a chance to see him when Ozzy and Def Leppard toured together back in '81 on the Blizzard tour. Can't believe it's been that long. And, I too, wonder what would have been.......

I’ve been listening to the Live album since I was a kid. His solo during S Solution was amazing.

That's my guy....waited outside the Rosemont Horizon ticket office over night in bitter sub-zero weather for the tickets to see him with Ozzy. The show was in late January, 1982, the night of one of the Super Bowls....Weeks later, he was gone. If I only knew I would only get to see him once, I would have paid much closer attention.
