I love the color A LOT too.
It's actually Purple, but in the sunlight it takes on more of a red color.
The pic of the body was also taken outside,but it wasn't in the direct sunlight.
To me, the color looks totally different.

I would have traded with you in a heartbeat but the logistics would never have worked - that is absolutely STUNNING!!
I can't really complain though as I do think mine has a stunning top on it too...
And the back is nice as well...
So I don't think I have done badly - even if its now the odd sheep in the family - at least from the colour perspective....
Obviously I would have preferred a Fire Red version but I don't feel like I have had to settle for some finish or top that I wasn't all that keen on
