I would change no more than 2 at a time and you should be fine....you might be able to lower the action a bit on the bass side if you like....otherwise you should be good....

All guitars are slightly different in precisely how they react to string gauge changes (all wood is not the same). Sometimes one will need a slight neck adjustment, sometimes just a slight fettle of the trem springs, sometimes nothing. Guessing aside, the real answer is that you won’t know exactly until you do it, but don’t let that put you off! Try it and see...
