Setup to make bends easier?

Playing mainly S type guitars with individually adjustable saddles, I’m used to setting up the first 3-4 strings in such a way that when you bend, it is easy to catch to above strings. With a fixed bridge like those in many PRS guitars, I dont have this option and have a harder time bending. Is there any way around this by setting up the guitar in a certain way?

Not exactly sure what you are describing. But if you want the strings to bend a little easier then maybe try smaller gauge strings.

Which PRS? If it’s an SE, a new nut installed by a qualified luthier, along with a proper setup will go a long way. A word of caution here.... I just fixed 2 core guitars that were set up like Strats. An F and G repairman who works in a chain store is not a qualified luthier. All my PRSi play like butter, and my luthier has a lot to do with it. I bend strings, a lot. When the Trem is set up properly, you can go up a half step, or down to the basement. Forget about other trems you’ve used.
