PRS SE Custom 24 08 setup issue question

Greetings PRS World,

I am new to this guitar brand but not guitars. I recently purchased a Blue PRS Custom SE 24 08 and have reached a dead end regarding a basic set up unfortunately.

Done this more than enough and have the tools needed.

The issue I am having is I set the relief for 0.10 & 0.12 and when I get to the Bridge Saddle Height adjustment stage it appears I have to deck the Saddles all the way down.

The question hopefully someone could please answer that may be familiar with setting these up is:

Is 0.10 or 0.12 the correct relief or does either or?

Is it normal on these low end PRS guitars to have to deck the Bridge Saddles?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as it is a cool guitar but I need low action for the most part.

Mine is perfect with plenty of adjustment left. String height was factory 2mm when I got it. I lowered it and is now about 1.5mm and is nice to play. The trem needs to be adjusted to get it even and parallel with the body by adjusting the rear screws for the springs. I just straighten the neck by eye. I did have it at .012 when I first got it. Must be something basic, it is the same trem as the S2 and a very good unit.
